COLUMBIA, Mo. (KMIZ)

The Boone County Commission held second readings today to decide the allocation of remaining CARES Act funds.

Thursday morning, commissioners discussed using the money to pay for better internet connection at the county jail.

Those improvements would help lawyers meet virtually with their clients.
