SAN FRANCISCO (AP) — Police in San Francisco say nine people are expected to survive after being wounded in a mass shooting. The shooting happened just after 9 p.m. on Friday in the city’s Mission District. The San Francisco Police Department tweeted that it appeared to be “targeted and isolated.” Mayor London Breed said Saturday that police were still trying to find out what had happened.
