Russell scores 23 as SE Missouri St. takes down Lyon 83-46

CAPE GIRARDEAU, Mo. (AP) — Led by Phillip Russell’s 23 points, the Southeast Missouri State Redhawks defeated the Lyon Scots 83-46. The Redhawks moved to 2-0 with the win and the Scots fell to 0-1.
