FARMINGTON, Mo. (AP) — Officials say a man who stepped into a rural eastern Missouri highway trying to catch his dog died after being hit by a vehicle. The Missouri State Highway Patrol reports the crash happened Wednesday night on state Highway F, about 7 miles east of Farmington. Patrol investigators say 47-year-old Jose Reyes, of Ste.
