Wichita State wins 85-72 against East Carolina

GREENVILLE, N.C. — Led by Craig Porter Jr.’s 20 points, the Wichita State Shockers defeated the East Carolina Pirates 85-72 on Sunday. The Shockers improved to 11-10 with the win and the Pirates fell to 11-11.
