Lincoln University’s Dawson Hall reopens

JEFFERSON CITY, Mo. (KMIZ)

Lincoln University’s largest dorm has reopened.

The $23 million renovation for Dawson Hall is complete ahead of student move-in this week. The building holds 360 beds. New additions include individual HVAC controls for dorm rooms, private bathrooms and new laundry facilities.

Officials in 2022 told ABC 17 News the construction would make the building compliant with the Americans with Disabilities Act
