Tipton man injured after UTV crash in Cooper County Saturday morning

COOPER COUNTY, Mo. (KMIZ)

A Tipton man was hospitalized with serious injuries after a UTV crash in Cooper County Saturday morning.

According to a crash report from the Missouri State Highway Patrol, Chris Brauer, 51 of Tipton, was driving North on Conservation drive, one mile North of Wildlife Rd. at 2:15 a.m. The crash occurred as Brauer's UTV slid and went off the right side of the road.

The UTV then flipped over, ejecting Brauer and Miranda Brauer, 45.

The UTV hit two trees, before coming to rest on its wheels, according to the crash report.

Chris Brauer was taken by air to University hospital with serious injuries, while Miranda Brauer suffered from moderate injuries.
