Flood Warning issued July 3 at 2:35AM CDT until July 3 at 11:38PM CDT by NWS Kansas City/Pleasant Hill MO

…The National Weather Service in Pleasant Hill MO has issued a
Flood Warning for the following rivers in Missouri…

Moniteau Creek near Fayette affecting Howard County.

* WHAT…Minor flooding is forecast.

* WHERE…Moniteau Creek near Fayette.

* WHEN…Until late this evening.

* IMPACTS…At 16.0 feet, Low-lying fields along Moniteau Creek
flood.
At 21.0 feet, County Road 406 is under water 0.8 miles east of
Highway A.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS…
– At 10:30 PM CDT Tuesday the stage was 4.9 feet.
– Forecast…The river is expected to rise above flood stage
early this morning to a crest of 19.1 feet this morning. It
will then fall below flood stage late this morning.
– Flood stage is 16.0 feet.

Turn around, don’t drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.
