VIENNA, Mo (KMIZ)

The Missouri State Highway Patrol says the Vienna Police Department has issued an endangered person advisory and is asking the community to keep an eye out for a missing man. Authorities say he went missing at 174 Ballpark Rd. in Vienna around 6:00 p.m. Thursday evening.

Vienna Police say the missing man is 51-year-old Teddy L. Wilson. At the time of the press release, a photo for Wilson was not available.

Wilson is white man, stands at 5'9", weighs 150 lbs, and has brown hair and eyes. Police say Wilson is believed to be wearing a gray shirt, blue jeans, red shoes and a hat.

Law enforcement says Wilson is a ward of the state and has several diagnosed mental conditions including schizophrenia, anxiety disorder and depression which he takes medication to treat. He has not received his last doses which authorities say could cause him to become unstable.

If anyone sees Wilson or has any information, it's recommend to dial 911 or call the Vienna Police Department at (573) 422-3381.
