Police investigate home in Central Columbia

COLUMBIA, Mo. (KMIZ)

ABC 17 News crews saw a large police presence at a home in Central Columbia on Tuesday Morning. Police were called to Randy Ln. at the corner of Bluff Blvd. a little before 12:30 a.m.

Columbia Police told ABC 17 News crews on the scene the call was originally labeled as a shooting but after investigating, they found no shots were fired.

While on the scene, ABC 17 News crews saw several officers on the scene and an area taped off.

Police say there's no threat to the public and CPD is still investigating.
