Man seriously injured after vehicle overturns in Gasconade County

GASCONADE COUNTY, Mo. (KMIZ)

A Gerald man is recovering from serious injuries after a crash in Gasconade County on Monday evening.

Troopers say Thomas C. Winter, 46 was traveling northbound in a 2016 Toyota Tacoma on Holzschuh Rd. when he went off the left side of the road. He then hit a tree and overturned the truck.

According to the crash report, Winter was taken to the Mercy Hospital in Washington by ambulance.

Troopers say Winter was not wearing a seatbelt at the time of the crash.
