Columbia Public Schools among those affected by winter weather

Columbia Public Schools will start two hours late Monday because of the weather, while other Mid-Missouri schools will close entirely.

Schools that have announced complete closures include Boonville R-1 and Bunceton R-IV.

The National Weather Service has put Mid-Missouri under a winter weather advisory because of freezing rain and drizzle expected overnight. Accumulations will be small but are likely to cause slick roads, especially on elevated surfaces.

A full list of closings and delays can be found anytime here.
