Camdenton man dies in car crash Sunday morning

CAMDEN COUNTY, Mo. (KMIZ)

Matthew Hallquist, 32, of Camdenton died Sunday morning following a car crash just north of Bollinger Creek Road.

Missouri State Highway Patrol Troop F responded to the crash around 9:41 a.m.

According to a crash report, 19-year-old Shaylin Torimino crossed the center line of the road and hit Hallquist head-on. Torimino was moderately injured and taken to Lake Regional Hospital in an ambulance.

Both drivers were wearing seatbelts.

This is the third deadly crash Troop F has responded to this month.
