TONIGHT: Christmas eve is a cold one, with temperatures falling into the the single digits overnight. Relaxing winds will help with wind chills, but till drop feels like temperatures below zero.
TOMORROW: Christmas starts cold with temperatures near zero. A light west wind turns more southerly, which will help warm us with abundant sunshine into the 20s.
EXTENDED: Sunday night through Monday morning brings a passing chance at a snow shower or two. Accumulation is possible, but amounts are expected to remain below an inch for most. Best chances at an inch or more will be east of Mid-Missouri towards the Mississippi River. Monday's high will be near freezing under mostly cloudy skies. Tuesday brings more sun into the forecast, with temperatures starting to climb into the upper 30s, and 50s expected by Wednesday. 50s will likely stick with us through the rest of the week, until rain chances start to return by next weekend.
