MORGAN COUNTY, Mo. (KMIZ)

Six people were hurt Sunday night following a crash in Morgan County.

The crash happened on State Highway 52 near Church Road around 7:10 p.m., according to the Missouri State Highway Patrol. Troopers said a car driven by a 16-year-old Russellville teenager traveled across the highway and hit a pickup truck.

Crews flew a passenger from the car, Aden L. Buckingham, 19, of Versailles, to University Hospital in Columbia with serious injuries. An MU Health Care spokesman told ABC 17 News on Monday morning that Buckingham is in fair condition.

Two other passengers, a 15-year-old teen and Jalen J. Johnson,18, both of Versailles, were taken to hospitals by ambulance with minor and moderate injuries. The driver of the car refused treatment for his injuries, according to the crash report.

Troopers said crews took the driver of the pickup, Brandy M. Hancock-Delhotal, 45, and a passenger, Luke J. Delhotal, 43, both of Gravois Mills, to Lake Regional Hospital in Osage Beach with moderate injuries.

According to the highway patrol, no one in the car was using a seat belt at the time of the crash.
