MORGAN COUNTY, Mo. (KMIZ)

A Gravios Mills man could face charges following a single-vehicle crash in Morgan County late Sunday night.

The crash happened just after 11:15 p.m. on southbound Highway 5 near Wildwood Drive, according to the Missouri State Highway Patrol.

Troopers said a pickup truck driven by 58-year-old Lee R. Loman rolled over after he drove off the road, and hit a rock embankment before hitting a tree. After the crash, troopers arrested Loman on possible charges of driving while intoxicated and careless and imprudent driving involving an accident.

Loman was released at the scene for treatment of his injuries, according to the crash report. Emergency crews took Loman to Lake Regional Hospital in Osage Beach with serious injuries.

A spokeswoman said Lee was treated and released from the hospital.

Troopers were unable to determine if Loman was wearing a seat belt, according to the crash report.
