MoDOT to start work on Missouri River Bridge in Jefferson City Monday
JEFFERSON CITY, Mo. (KMIZ)
Drivers should expect traffic impacts on the Missouri River Bridge in Jefferson City this week.
MoDOT crews plan to close an eastbound lane of Highway 54 over the bridge at 9 a.m. Monday. The department expects the lane closure to last until 3 p.m. each day through Thursday.
MoDOT also plans to close the W. Main Street ramp to eastbound Highway 54 during the bridge work. Drivers should expect to find signs along the road about the closure, according to the department.
MoDOT asks drivers to use caution while driving through the work zones.

The bridge work is weather permitted and could result in a delay, according to the department.
