Hearing postponed for suspect in Rock Bridge High School employee’s shooting death
COLUMBIA, Mo. (KMIZ)
The hearing for the suspect accused of killing his father in a gas station bathroom was postponed again.
Micah McElmurry is accused of killing his dad who was an employee at Rock Bridge High School.
The hearing scheduled for Wednesday was postponed because McElmurry hired a new lawyer.
There has not been a new date set.
