Boone County home damaged by tree limbs after storms roll through Mid-Missouri Friday morning

BOONE COUNTY, Mo. (KMIZ)

Emergency crews responded early Friday morning after tree limbs fell onto a Boone County home.

The Boone County Fire Protection District (BCFPD) responded to the home in the 4500 block of Knox Drive just after 3:55 a.m., according to the fire & rescue dispatch website.

On scene, crews saw several tree limbs on the home. Officials said they couldn't do much about the damage to the home.

Crews didn't find any utility hazards caused by the downed limbs, according to BCFPD. No one was in the home at the time and crews reported no injuries.

Firefighters cleared the scene just before 5 a.m. Friday.
