Columbia police investigating shots fired overnight on Eastwood Drive

COLUMBIA, Mo. (KMIZ)

Columbia police are investigating after shots were fired Saturday around 1:40 a.m. in the 2600 block of Eastwood Drive. 

On scene, officers located evidence indicating a shooting had occurred and officers were made aware that an adult male with apparent gunshot wounds had arrived at a local hospital by personal vehicle.

There is no suspect information at this time. 

This is an ongoing investigation being conducted by the Department’s Criminal Investigations Division.
