UPDATE: As of Saturday night around 7:30 p.m. the Missouri State Highway Patrol canceled the silver alert for Stanly Depee because he was safely found.

On Saturday morning, the Missouri State Highway Patrol and Chillicothe Police Department issued a silver advisory for a missing man that was last seen on Friday night.

81-year-old, Stanley Depee was last seen in the 1400 block of Clay St. in Chillicothe at 7:30 p.m.

Depee is 5'9", approximately 160 lbs. and has gray hair and green eyes. He was last spotted wearing a black winter hat with ear flaps, a brown coat, flannel shirt, jeans, and black western boots.

MSHP reports Depee has dementia and says he left his home to drive to a house that was around a block away but never arrived. Highway Patrol says his car is a red and white 1994 Chevrolet Suburban with Missouri tags and does not have working headlights.

If anyone has any information regarding Depee's location, they're encouraged to call the Chillicothe Police Department at 660-646-2121 or dial 9-1-1.
