Water & Light restores power to hundreds in southeast Columbia affected by outage

COLUMBIA, Mo. (KMIZ)

According to the Columbia Water & Light outage map, the city was reporting a power outage on Saturday night which affected 755 customers.

Columbia Water & Light said crews were assigned to the incidents which were located in the southeast part of Columbia.

Water & Light reported on Twitter the outage stemmed from a breaker at one of its substations.

Columbia reported the outage started at 8:41 p.m. and there was no estimated time listed to when the power was expected to be restored.

As of 12:37 a.m. on Sunday, Columbia Water & Light was no longer reporting an outage according to their map.
