Mizzou hoops falls at home to No. 17 Tennessee

COLUMBIA, Mo. (KMIZ)

The Mizzou men's basketball team lost to No. 17 Tennessee 80-61 on Tuesday night.

Kennedy Chandler led the Volunteers with a game-high 23 points and six assists. He was 9-for-12 from the field.

Meanwhile, MU struggled to make shots all night. The Tigers were 19-for-52 from the field. MU went seven minutes and five seconds without a field goal in the second half.

Javon Pickett led the Tigers with 16 points. Kobe Brown had 12 points and nine rebounds.

Mizzou falls to 10-18 overall and 4-11 in SEC play. Up next - MU will play at LSU on Saturday at 7:30 p.m.
