Montgomery County deputies searching for man accused of running from police
MONTGOMERY COUNTY, Mo. (KMIZ)
The Montgomery County Sheriff's Office is looking for a Texas man accused of running from police.
According to a Facebook post from the sheriff's office, Elio Regalado, 28, of Longview, Texas, ran from New Florence police officers during a traffic stop at about 5:30 a.m. Thursday near Love's Truck Stop.
Deputies said police found several drones and a large amount of copper in wire in his vehicle.
The sheriff's office released the following description for Regalado:
- Hispanic
- Short black hair
- 5 feet 10 inches tall
- 180 pounds
- Black jeans
- White T-shirt
- Black jacket
Deputies said Regalado was last seen running south from the Love's Truck Stop.
Anyone who sees Regalado is asked to not approach him and to call local law enforcement.
