Police responded to multiple shots fired scenes in Columbia on Sunday morning.

Trinity Place and Park Avenue - 2:30 a.m.

The Columbia Police Department said they found four shell casings, with two of the bullets ending up in a home and two more in a car along Trinity Place and Park Avenue.

Police responded to the scene on Trinity Place around 2:30 a.m. on Sunday morning. Police on scene were searching the area with flashlights, speaking with witnesses and went inside of one homes to survey damages.

Police also collected four shell casings, as evidence.

CPD confirmed with ABC 17 crews on scene that no one was hurt as a result of the shooting, however, the department had no suspect information to release and said no one had been arrested.

700-800 Block of Business Loop 70 - 2:15 a.m.

Police were also able to confirm around 2:15 a.m. Sunday morning that there was an active investigation in the surrounding area of the 700-800 block of Business Loop 70 near AutoZone Auto Parts. Police said they were stationed in the area already, following recent shooting scenes in the area.

CPD told news crews on the scene at Trinity, they have no reason to believe the scenes are connected.

500 Block of College Avenue - 2:00 a.m.

Officers also responded to the Petro Mart convenience store in the 500 block of College Ave around 2:00 a.m. on Sunday morning.

While police on scene were unavailable to talk with news crews, one witness who spoke to ABC 17 News said he called police after hearing multiple gunshots.

The witness said the shooter took off in a car immediately after firing the shots.
