Benton County Deputies have arrested a man after a deadly shooting on Tuesday morning.

The Benton County Sheriff's Office said deputies have arrested Jason Kroenke, 25, for first-degree murder and armed criminal action.

Kroenke is accused of shooting and killing Tarah D. McIntyre, 27, on Tuesday morning at a home in the Bent Tree Harbor subdivision in Warsaw, Missouri.

The sheriff's office said deputies were called out to the home around 4:15 a.m. after a report of an accidental shooting.

According to the sheriff's office, Kroenke was arrested at the scene and charged, but online court records Wednesday morning didn't show a case entry for him.

Kroenke is being held without bond in the Benton County Jail.
