KMIZ

CAMDEN COUNTY, Mo. (KMIZ)

A Camdenton, Missouri man has serious injuries following a single-vehicle crash on Sunday night, according to the Missouri State Highway Patrol.

The crash report said Mathew Littleworth, 21, totaled a 1995 Jeep Wrangler just before 11:25 p.m. on North Highway 5 near Wading Bird Road.

Littleworth reportedly drove off of the left side of the road and began to skid before he drove into a ditch.

He was wearing a seat belt, according to the crash report.

Littleworth was taken to Lake Regional Hospital for treatment.

Troopers said he was arrested early Monday morning for driving while under the influence of alcohol and for failing to drive on the right half of the road that resulted in an accident.

Littleworth was later released for medical reasons.
