Mizzou football gets set to host Tennessee

COLUMBIA, Mo. (KMIZ)

The Mizzou football team is gearing up for its SEC home opener against Tennessee on Saturday at 11 a.m. Head coach Eli Drinkwitz previewed the matchup with the Volunteers during his weekly news conference on Tuesday.

Tennessee is coached by former MU offensive coordinator Josh Heupel. Like the Tigers, Tennessee is also 2-2 to start the season.

MU leads the all-time series with the Vols 5-4, but Tennessee has won the last two matchups.
