Fatal Crash in Montgomery County on Friday night

MONTGOMERY Co. (KMIZ)

One man is dead after a fatal crash in Montgomery County on Friday night.

According to the Missouri State Highway Patrol report, Bobby Aery was driving westbound along Strube Road and failed to go around a curve. He then ran off the road and hit a tree.

MSHP reports the crash happened at 9 p.m. on Friday night and the 50-year-old was not wearing a seatbelt at the time of the accident.

Highway Patrol reports Aery was driving a 2006 Chevrolet Silverado.

This is Troop F's fourth fatality this month and its 32nd fatality so far this year.
