Two people injured after wreck on Highway 54

JEFFERSON CITY, Mo. (KMIZ)

Two people have minor injuries after a morning wreck on the 2200 block of US 54 in Cole County.

According to the Jefferson City police, Chaely Berger was driving a 2009 Nissan Murano and failed to notice slowing traffic before rearending a 2020 Ford F-150 driven by James Winemiller.

Both driver were treatedat the scene and released for their minor injuries.

Highway 54 as restricted to one lane for 30 minutes after the wreck.
