Man stabbed multiple times in southwest Columbia after a domestic disturbance

COLUMBIA, Mo. (KMIZ)

One person is injured after a stabbing on the 4300 block of Bethany Drive at 1:30 p.m.

According to Capt. Brian Leer, the victim was stabbed multiple times after a disturbance with the mother of the man's unborn child.

Capt. Leer says the wounds were not believed to be life threatening.

The victim was taken to a local hospital for his wounds.

Law enforcement continues to look for the suspect.
