Sedalia man pleads guilty to Feb. 2020 kidnapping and manslaughter charges

SEDALIA, Mo. (KMIZ)

A Sedalia man was sentenced to eight years after a killing in Feb. 2020.

According to online court records, Daniel Fernandez pleaded guilty on a count of kidnapping and a count of voluntary manslaughter in the death of Robert Fox Jr.

Fox died after a disagreement with a group of people.

Court documents say Fernandez was the driver of the vehicle where Fox was killed.
