Meth seized during investigation found in stuffed pig

On Tuesday, the Osage County Sheriff department and agents from the Drug Enforcement Agency seized a package containing over a pound of meth that was found in a stuffed pig.

Officials report the meth was in transit to an address in Linn.

The meth was seized as part of a month-long joint investigation by the Mid-Missouri Drug Task Force and the Osage County Sheriff’s Office.

According to officials, the investigation involves a drug ring with connections to multiple counties in Missouri and the state of Nevada.
