One person seriously injured after wreck on Highway 50 in Jefferson City

JEFFERSON CITY, Mo. (KMIZ)

Jefferson City police report one person is seriously injured after a three-vehicle wreck on Highway 50 Tuesday afternoon.

According to officials, Jennifer Kingsley was driving a 2007 Pontiac Torrent and failed to stop rear-ending two vehicles.

Kingsley was not wearing a seatbelt. She was taken to a Columbia hospital for treatment.

The other two drivers were reported to have no injuries.
