SATURDAY UPDATES: More than 800,000 Missourians have completed vaccination

COVID-19 numbers in Missouri on 03-27-21

COLUMBIA, Mo. (KMIZ)

The Missouri Department of Health and Senior Services reported 348 new COVID-19 cases on Saturday bringing the total up to 488,192.

The state reported 2,102 new cases of the virus in the past seven days.

Two more virus-related deaths were also reported bringing the state's total to 8,440.

According to the state's COVID-19 vaccine dashboard 2,292,559 total doses of have been administered in Missouri, and 848,102 Missourians have completed vaccination.

In total 24.2% of the population in Missouri have initiated vaccination.
