Man hospitalized after crash in Osage

COLUMBIA, Mo. (KMIZ)

Derek Kever was transported to Capital Region Hospital following a single vehicle crash in Osage early Saturday morning.

The crash happened on Route A north of County Road 412 at 12:55 a.m.

According to Missouri State Highway Patrol crash reports the crash happened as Kever's vehicle ran off the right side of the road before hitting two culverts, a phone box and a tree.

Kever suffered moderate injuries, according to MSHP.

The vehicle has been reported as totaled, Kever was not wearing a seat belt at the time of the crash.
