Boonville girls advance to first ever state championship game

SPRINGFIELD, Mo. (KMIZ)

The Boonville girls basketball team is headed to its first ever state championship game. The Lady Pirates beat Benton 48-44 in the Class Four state semifinals on Friday night.

Boonville will now face Mt. Vernon on Saturday at 4 p.m. in the state championship game.
