Firefighters battle fire at Columbia business

COLUMBIA, Mo. (KMIZ)

Columbia fire crews are battling a fire at the Stover's Flooring & Drapery Center Saturday morning.

The fire started around 6 a.m. in the 1700 block of Paris Road.

Our crews on scene say at least two Columbia Fire Department engines are on the scene near at Stover's Carpet working to put out the fire.

Crews also spoke with Fire Chief Andy Woody on scene who said no injuries were reported.

Woody said the two alarm fire brought 30 firefighters to the scene on Paris Road.

The Columbia Fire Department is still investigating to determine the cause of the fire.
