Helias standout commits to Mizzou football

JEFFERSON CITY, Mo. (KMIZ)

Helias standout Damon Johanns committed to play for Mizzou football on Tuesday afternoon. He announced his decision on social media.

The 6'4" tight end closed out his senior year at Helias with a state championship.

Johanns will be a preferred walk-on for the Tigers. He is holding a signing day ceremony at Helias Wednesday at 7:20 a.m.
