Tracking a warm-up as we move into the week

TONIGHT: Things will remain calm as clouds continue to clear. Overnight lows will fall into the upper 20s.

MONDAY: The workweek begins with some slightly more pleasant conditions. Cloud cover is finally expected to pull out of mid-Missouri so we can finally warm up. Expect highs in the upper 30s and lower 40s with partly cloudy skies.

EXTENDED: Monday will only be the beginning of our warmup as temperatures are expected to rise further on Tuesday into the mid-40s. Clear skies and winds from the west will aid in continuing to warm us up and we actually have a shot at reaching the 50s for Wednesday and Thursday. These temperatures won't stick around for very long as it looks like highs fall back into the low 40s by the end of the week.
