SUNDAY UPDATES: Missouri tops 400,000 COVID-19 cases

COLUMBIA, Mo. (KMIZ)

The Missouri Department of Health and Senior Services reported more than 2,300 new COVID-19 cases Sunday, pushing the state's total passed 400,000.

Missouri's total COVID-19 case count is now reported to be 401,761.

Records indicate there were also 19 new virus related deaths added Sunday bringing the state's death toll to 5,562.

Currently, there are 2,701 hospitalized with the virus, with inpatient bed capacity up to 76%.
