Vehicle fire causes traffic on I-70 to back up

COLUMBIA, Mo. (KMIZ)

A vehicle fire at mile marker 91 on Interstate 70 caused traffic to back up for seven miles.

Crews with the Missouri State Highway Patrol and the Cooper County Fire Protection District responded to the fire.

Crews were able to put the fire out pretty quickly and tow it away from the scene.

MSHP said no one was injured in the fire.
