Two receive serious injuries in Camden County crash

COLUMBIA, Mo. (KMIZ)

One juvenile and one adult received serious injuries in a crash Sunday.

The crash happened on Missouri Highway 5 at Twin Rivers Point in Camden County around 10:40 a.m.

According to crash reports from the Missouri State Highway Patrol, a vehicle with four people turned into the path of a second vehicle with the two who received serious injuries.

The people inside the first vehicle received minor injuries.

A five-year-old boy and 37-year-old Dawn McCormick received serious injuries.

EMS crews transported both to Lake Regional Hospital.
