WATCH: Georgia governor gives election recount update
Georgia Gov. Brian Kemp held a news conference Friday afternoon after the state finished its hand recount of the November election results.
The recount showed Democrat Joe Biden won the state by more than 12,000 votes. Kemp said irregularities that changed the initial count were a cause for concern and urged an audit of signatures on mail-in ballots.
