Jefferson City football coach resigns after one season

JEFFERSON CITY, Mo. (KMIZ)

Scott Bailey has resigned after one season as the Jefferson City football coach due to personal reasons.

Bailey went 3-7 in his one and only year with the Jays. JC lost to Camdenton in the first round of the playoffs.

Jefferson City is now in need of its fourth football coach in the last four years. JCSD athletic director Ehren Earleywine said the job will posted as soon as possible.
