Chiefs dominate Lock and the Broncos in the snow

DENVER (KMIZ)

The Chiefs were not fazed by a snowy Sunday afternoon in Denver. Kansas City dominated Drew Lock and the Broncos, 43-16.

The former Mizzou quarterback was 24/40 for 254 yards. Lock did rush for a touchdown, but the Lee's Summit native also had two interceptions.

On a positive note for Mizzou fans - former MU tight end Albert Okwuegbunam led the Broncos with seven catches for 60 yards.

Kansas City's defense was the star of the afternoon. The Chiefs forced four turnovers, including a pick-six from Daniel Sorenson.

Chiefs quarterback Patrick Mahomes was 15/23 for 200 yards and a touchdown.

Kansas City is now 6-1 on the season. Up next - the Chiefs will host the Jets Sunday at noon.
