Gov. Parson completes isolation period after testing positive for COVID-19

JEFFERSON CITY, Mo. (KMIZ)

A spokesperson for the governor announced Sunday Governor Parson finished isolation on Saturday according to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention guidelines.

Gov. Parson will resume normal activity and travel across the state.

The governor will also resume his weekly briefings on the COVID-19 pandemic. One briefing will be held on Oct. 7 at 3 p.m.

Parson will also attend other events throughout the week.
