MSHSAA to move football championships to Jefferson City area

JEFFERSON CITY, Mo. (KMIZ)

The 2020 Show-Me Bowl matchups will be held in Cole County this year. MSHSAA has moved the championship games from Faurot Field in Columbia due to venue conflicts.

MSHSAA said Blair Oaks, Helias and Jefferson City have agreed to hold this year's football championships.

MSHSAA spokesman Jason West said the organization is still deciding where to hold the 8-man football championship.

The Class 6 championship game will be held on Nov. 28. The championship games will be held Dec. 4-5 for classes 1-5.
