Officials work to recover human remains from Gasconade River

COLUMBIA, Mo. (KMIZ)

The office of Maries County Sheriff Chris Heitman reported authorities were working to recover human remains from the Gasconade River Sunday.

The Maries County Sheriff's Office and the Osage County Sheriff's water division worked together to recover the remains.

It is not clear if foul play was involved.
