MLB announces plan to return

The MLB has announced its plan to begin the 2020 season.

Players will report for training on July 1 and opening day will either be July 23 or July 24.

It will be a 60-game season. Each team will face off against mostly its own division. Teams will also play against the opposing league's corresponding division. For example, The NL Central will play the AL Central.

The MLB said most teams will play in their home cities, but it's unclear which teams will not.
